Ft. 8" Restrained Joint PVC Water Main 13 Each 12", 8" & 6" Valve & Boxes 8 Each 6" Hydrant, Complete 357 Lin. Ft. 3/4" Copper Water Services The issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Spicer Group, Inc., contact Brian Poultney, Project Manager at 989-754-4717. Electronic copies of plans, proposal forms and specifications may be viewed beginning January 31, 2022 on the bidding section of the Spicer Group website at www.spicergroup.com Substantial Completion: Contractor shall pay Owner $500.00 for each day that expires after the time Completion of Remaining Work: After Substantial Completion, if Contractor shall neglect, refuse, or fail to complete the remaining Work within the Contract Time (as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) for Completion and readiness for final payment, Contractor shall pay Owner $1,000.00 for each day that expires after such time until the Work is completed and ready for final payment. After February 23, 2022, no additional questions will be addressed.
