The whole project includes the following work: Construction of a new three-story semi-underground parking garage. Construction of a new logistics building/power plant. Construction of a heliport. Construction of an open-air tunnel. Hospital expansion including operating rooms and a medical device reprocessing unit (MDRU). TIMELINE: The project is included in the major project list of the Quebec Treasury Board Secretariat under the number 232. Construction of the project is being done sequentially. Construction of parking building is ongoing. The ground preparation, demolition of an existing building and the relocation of water and natural gas pipes for Logistics Building is underway and expected to be completed by late 2025.
