Renovation of a residential development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The project consists of but is not limited to: Fire loss repairs including demo, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting and flooring. Refer to drawings and specifications for all specified project work and maintenance contract requirements. The construction estimate range for this project is between $73,000.00 - $105,000.00 Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (Section 3). Payment for labor as it applies to this project(s) shall not be less than the minimum prevailing hourly wage rates as pre-determined by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor and set forth herein. This work is subject to Federal Minimum Prevailing Hourly Wage Rates. Any State Minimum Prevailing Hourly Wage Rate exceeding the Federal rates incorporated herein these Public Bid Specifications shall not be applicable, and only those rates set forth herein these Public Bid Specifications shall be enforced. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of CMHA. CMHA is a Political Subdivision of the State of Ohio and is exempt from all taxes. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. FBE participation goal of ten percent (10%) in accordance with the program. Only minority and female businesses certified under CMHA's Small, Disadvantaged Business Program will be considered in meeting the goal achievement.
