The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is to provide Summer Road Maintenance Materials and Services such as asphalt, crushed stone, and parking lot sealing both picked up at the plant and delivered on-site (in place) to the State of Tennessee The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a source or sources of supply for all Tennessee State Agencies, Tennessee local governmental entities, the board of trustees of the University of Tennessee system, the Tennessee board of regents system or the state university boards, and the nonprofit entities identified in Tenn.
