Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the Bristol Street Pump Station Rehabilitation project in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The project includes flow diversion pumping, concrete rehabilitation, structural improvements and repairs, recoating of wet well, reroofing, louver replacements, resealing joints, regrouting, door and door stoop replacement and asphalt paving. The work includes providing and installation of guardrails, safety tie-off points and davit bases. If deemed appropriate by the Engineer, questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the bidding documents will be the subject of an addendum issued to all plan holders. A Bidders Failure to Attend the Pre-bid Conference Meeting Shall Cause Any Bid Submitted by That Bidder to Be Deemed Non-responsive and Will Cause Such Bid to Be Returned Unopened.
