Renovation of a water / sewer project in Grand Chute, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of repainting Grand Chute Sanitary District #1's 1,000,000 gallon elevated water tank located on Grand Chute Boulevard per the Project Specifications. Separate Contracts will be bid for fencing and tank lighting. The work covered by this section of the specifications shall be included in the CONTRACTOR's bid for repainting the exterior, wet interior, and dry interior access tube for Grand Chute Sanitary District #1 elevated water tank; and consists of all labor, equipment, appurtenances, and materials for performing all required work. The exterior work shall consist of power washing, surface preparation and priming, tie coat and topcoating of the complete exterior including lettering and logo. The wet interior work shall consist of surface preparation, prime coat, intermediate coat and topcoat the entire wet interior. Minor repair work will be required. Removal and disposal of any sediment from the tanks' wet interior shall be included in the contract work. Work shall also include all project management responsibilities.
