Renovation of a multi-residential development in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The project consists of the demolition of floor finishes throughout the first floor common areas of Lakeview Towers, 34 Flynn Avenue in the City of Plattsburgh. This project does include the removal of asbestos containing material per local and state guidelines. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check of a sum no less than 5% of the Bid Amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide Payment & Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of their contract or a 20% cash escrow; or, a 25% irrevocable letter of credit; for assurance of this contract if the bid exceeds $50,000.00. Plattsburgh Housing Authority is an equal opportunity employer. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. All awards are contingent upon the signing of an agreement in a form acceptable to the owner.
