Contractor to provide personnel to perform camera monitoring for up to 50 cameras and the option to add on additional cameras. The Services pertaining to this Agreement are ongoing and shall be performed thereafter 12 hours a day 7 days a week, between the hours of 6pm to 6am. All of our cameras are IP based Bosch, storage is on DIVAR 6000's. Currently, we would provide VPN access into our network for monitoring via Bosch Operator Client. All Questions must be submitted via email to: Michael Collins - Director of Maintenance and Operations Mcollins@sanjacinto.k12.ca.us Jeremy Prince - Administrative Secretary Jprince@sanjacinto.k12.ca.us All questions must be summited on the project clarification form located on the district website. If mutually agreeable, the District reserves the right to consider the extension of this contract for a one or two year period. Time of such extension is to begin the day after the end of the initial term of this contract and will end a full one or two calendar years thereafter. In addition, the District reserves the right to further extend this contract to the full extent allowed by law. Factors that would influence the District in exercising this option would be satisfactory service being rendered by the holder of the contract and any increase in price caused by such extension to be a nominal amount and not excessive as measured by local market conditions. In the award of this bid renewal, the District will consider the amount of the price increase stated by the bidder as a factor and will compute accordingly. A price increase, if exercised, shall be fully justified by vendor and provided by a test of the market and/or submission of documents. Extension will be based on the State Construction Cost Index and/or Consumer Cost Index price index annually or not to exceed 5%. The successful bidder will be required to provide evidence of insurance for workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability A contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in the Labor Code, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. It is not a violation of this section for an unregistered contractor to submit a bid that is authorized by Section 7029.1 of the Business and Professions Code or by Section 10164 or 20103.5 of the Public Contract Code, provided the contractor is registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 at the time the contract is awarded. The District reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the bidding and to be the sole judge of the merit and qualification of products offered, and may accept whatever quote, or combination of quotes, deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
