Champlain, Quebec IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REGARDING BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Given the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, only contractors providing certification of the COVID-19 vaccination requirement will be eligible to be awarded a contract. DESCRIPTION The work required is aimed at carrying out preventive maintenance on the petroleum product storage systems connected to generators, as well as the maintenance of the generators at 101 boulevard Champlain in Quebec City. Semi-annual, annual and five-yearly maintenance will be necessary to ensure adequate preventive maintenance. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS AT BID CLOSING The Bidder must attach the COVID-19 vaccination certification with their bid. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period will be from award to December 31, 2024 plus three individual option years of one year each. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be no site visit.
