Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Bristol, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,527-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest. Perform the Work in 240 calendar days. Owner reserves the right to reject a proposed subcontractor for reasonable cause. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive defects or informalities in bids, and to make awards as deemed to be in its best interest. If awarded, awards will be made to the lowest and or best vendor.
