The City of Alpharetta is accepting sealed proposals from qualified landscape contractors for Parks Landscape Maintenance for all City Parks including park land and future parks. This RFP also contains requests for information regarding landscape installation and construction services, tree plantings, turf maintenance, and maintenance and planting of flower containers, vessels, urns, and pots. We have two levels of service areas plus planter maintenance. Also includes Year One, One-time Enhancement Work Along Main Street and within the medians of Main Street (Marietta Street to Academy Street). The intent is to award up to three separate contracts to three separate bidders. Contract term will be for five years from start date. Questions Due Date: Feb 17th 2022, 2:00 PM EST
