This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Paducah, Kentucky. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The Contractor will be required to periodically furnish on an as-needed basis all equipment, operator, tools, transportation, supplies and items necessary on an as-needed basis to grind and stack all accumulated tree debris and yard waste collected at the Compost Facility at a contract hourly rate. The contract time will be for the remaining portion of the 2022 calendar year with three optional one-year term renewals. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder or a certified bank cashier's check in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) shall be submitted with each bid. No other forms of security will be accepted. Failure to submit a bid bond or certified bank cashier's check will result in disqualification of the bid. Bids will be awarded to the responsible bidder who submits the responsive bid of the lowest evaluated bid in accordance with the specifications. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, age or national origin. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the City of Paducah's Code of Ordinances and the Project Specifications.
