Site work and paving for a road / highway in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of April 18, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Reconstruction of approximately 820 feet of Crestview Terrace, with full depth box out, re-profiling of the road, road width reduction, new subbase, and new pavement. The project also includes the installation of two (2) Green Infrastructure facilities, first is a 600 foot long infiltration trench, and the second a dry infiltration basin. Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security (bid bond, certified check or official bank check) or a letter of credit (in a form agreeable to the Town of Geddes) in the amount of 10% the bid amount. Questions will be accepted by email to gsgromo@dunnandsgromo.com by 5.00 PM on March 4 2022 The anticipated start of construction is May 1, 2022, the anticipated substantial completion date is September 1, 2022, and the anticipated completion date of construction, including all punch list work, is October 1,2022
