Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Site lighting and irrigation systems can be located by contacting Rich Heusman at 913.239.4693 a minimum of 3 working days in advance of construction activities. Utility mapping that exists is provided For Information Only (FIO). By submitting a bid, bidder acknowledges that they have visited the sites and understand the scope of work. Basis of payment will be actual quantities as measure in place. Bid quantities are reasonably close and are for the purpose of securing unit prices through a competitive bid process. All efforts necessary to complete the work that is not specifically called out as line item bids are subsidiary to other items of work. The Owner reserves the right to reduce the scope of work based on the Owner's budget for this project. The Bidder shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for this scope change but shall be compensated only for the work he/she performs at the unit bid prices submitted with this Bid Form.
