Renovation of an educational facility in Deerfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 03/17/2022 This project will be awarded to Keifer Flooring for Package A and Johnson Flooring for Package B for the total amount of $649,320. Bid security shall be submitted with bid in the amount of 10 (ten) percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 (sixty) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Form of Bond shall be AIA Document 310. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond and separate Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract sum, and Insurance on form AIA Document A312 will be required of the successful Bidders.
