Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Department of Parks & Parkways is in need of a qualified vendor to furnish and install temporary protective fencing around the traffic circle formerly known as Lee Circle. Interested parties should quote one all-inclusive price in BRASS. The fencing shall start at the foot of the steps within the circle and extend around the entire perimeter of the grass slope, approximately 620 linearfeet. Itshall be 6 ft.tall, 2"metal mesh and supported on galvanized posts on feet/stands placed at-grade on the paved path, parallel to the low wall/curb circling the grass slope, not driven into the soil on the slope. The feet/stands should be weighed down with sandbags or a comparable alternative. There must be a gate or some other ingress/egress through which our crews can access the fenced-off area. The fencing should be up and inplace by February 17th and can be removed on March 2nd.
