Metro Water Recovery (Owner) is soliciting "General Contractor Prequalification Applications" from General Contractors (referred to as General Contractors or Applicants) to construct Owner's PAR 1396- NTP Primary Clarifier Cover Replacement (Project) located at Owner's Northern Treatment Plant in Brighton, Colorado. The general project scope includes: Replacement-in-kind of two new 140-foot diameter, flat panel aluminum covers for Primary Clarifiers Nos. 1 and 2. o Replacement-in-kind of two new 67-foot diameter, flat panel aluminum covers for Gravity Thickeners Nos. 1 and 2. o Associated structural, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical replacement and reconnection for ancillary process equipment. o Demolition and removal of existing covers.
