The project generally comprises the renovation of room #147 into a sound booth in the Arts and Convocation Hall Building on North Campus. The scope of work includes: .1 Removal of existing thermostats and associated control air tubing from the associated perimeter radiation cabinets and reheat valves. Perimeter radiation control devices are to remain in operation until the BCS is ready to assume control of the perimeter radiation. .2 Supply, installation, programming, testing and commissioning of the new DDC room controls for the new VAV boxes. This includes: .1 New VAV terminal controllers complete with new VAV damper actuators. .2 New room temperature sensors. .3 New occupancy sensors. .4 Supply of new reheat coil control valves and perimeter radiation control valves for installation by the mechanical contractor. .3 Connection of the room control Terminal Controllers to the existing Building Control System. .4 Work as required to allow the new DDC room controls to be integrated in to the University's Building Automation System (BAS). Facilities and Operations will be the Integrator. The BCS Contractor has responsibilities in coordinating and building the BCS database to enable and to facilitate integration to the BAS. .5 The Mechanical Contractor's scope includes removal of existing pneumatic thermostats and associated control air tubing between thermostats and existing VAV/terminal reheat boxes as well as removal and replacement of select VAV/terminal reheat boxes shown on these drawings
