Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for Small Business Enterprise Firms for Maintenance - Level Construction Job Order Contracting Services (MAIN-CON) for up to thirty-six (36) months from the effective date of the Contract(s), with one (1) one-year option. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 PM, CST, Wednesday, February 16, 2022, via Bonfire. Questions will not be accepted after this time and date. Any contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to a financial assistance between the Chicago Transit Authority, the United States Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of Transportation. The contractor will be required to furnish certified copies of any and all Insurance Policies required in relation to this contract prior to CTA's execution. Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and Affirmative Action requirements of the Federal Transit Administration and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. Contractor will be required to certify that their firm is not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors.
