Site work for a water / sewer project in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide fire waterline flow to the existing development by designing and constructing a Fireline water line, tap & vault. Requirements: Aqua has an existing 12" water line on the east side of TX-95. Provide fire waterline flow to the existing development by designing and constructing a Fireline water line, tap & vault. To provide fire flow to the existing development: 1) A 12" stub-out will need to be constructed. 2) A DCDA will be required to provide fire flow service. 3) The DCDA shall be placed in an unpaved 20' x 20' Aqua-dedicated easement. 4) Professional engineering design services 5) Tap existing 12" water line on the east side of Hwy 95 6) Provide service shut-off valve and valve box 7) Extend pipe and fittings to new in-ground vault 8) Provide Double Check Detector Assembly and valves within vault 9) Provide tee and fire hydrant 10) Provide related trenching, excavation, bedding, backfill, compaction and trench safety
