As of August 25, 2022, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded general contractor has not been made public at this time. The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The City of Burbank Water and Power (BWP) Department Is Seeking to Select a Primary Qualified General Contractor ("contractor") and a Secondary Contractor to Help Assess Potential Sites and, After Site Selection by BWP, Deploy the Underlying Electric Infrastructure (Make-readies) and EV Charging Stations. Bid Bond $120,000.00 Payment Bond $1,200,000.00 Performance Bond $1,200,000.00 $1.2 million for the first year of the project, with subsequent years closer to $500,000 per year. Online Q and A Yes Q and A Deadline 02/14/2022 8:47 PM (PST) All Questions Must Be Submitted Electronically via Planetbids No Later Than 2::00 P.m. On Monday, February 14, 2022. Submitted Proposals May Be Rejected if They Do Not Conform to Rfp Requirements or Are Incomplete or Inapplicable.
