Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Yucaipa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,250-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

Installation of walls, ceiling, and floor finishes, construction of reception lobby, staff offices, large conference room, restroom facilities, storage space and kitchenette. The project also involves installation of a new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The construction and completion of the project as indicated above shall be in accordance with all City Standards and Building Codes, the Standard Specifications for Construction of Local Streets and Roads, the Standard Drawings, and the Plans and Specifications as prepared for this project.
