Completed plans call for the addition of a 9,210-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Project Scope consists of a 2-Story Addition plus partial Basement totaling 9,210 SF. of added space. The Structure of this addition will be tied into the existing South Wing and separated from the East Wing with an expansion Joint Assembly. The Construction is comprised of Concrete, Steel, Masonry and Brick veneer, Thermal and Moisture Protection, and Exterior and Interior Door and Window Systems. The project also includes Laboratory and Office Equipment and Furnishings, Stainless Steel Railings, Wall, Floor and Ceiling Finishes, Mechanical and Electrical Systems. A new Generator is being added on site. There will also include landscaping and exterior concrete improvements. The project scope includes only minor repairs in the existing building areas to support the connections to the new Addition. The existing building is not Fire Sprinkled, and so the current construction type allows for the new addition without adding a Fire Suppression System.
