The Florida Department of Transportation requests competitive sealed bids, proposals, or replies (as indicated in the solicitation) for the procurement of District-Wide Maintenance of Continuous Deflective Separation (CDS) Units. For services contracts, all out-of-state corporations, out-of-state limited liability companies, and out-of-state limited partnerships must be authorized to do business in the State of Florida.
