The work in general consists of drainage improvements, constructing curbs, gutters, sidewalk, curb ramps, bike lanes, striping traffic control devices, and roadway rehabilitation, along McGowan Parkway between State Route 70 and State Route 65. Other such items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer, shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed. The performance bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, and shall guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract and ensure against faulty or improper materials and workmanship.
