Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Scope of Work including but not limited to: The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal of power bond or linoleum and 12"x12" VCT, or linoleum and 9"x9" tile underneath carpet, 12"x12" VCT, and associated mastics, including all baseboards at areas indicated on Scope Exhibit G. Removal and disposal of carpet and/or tile, adhesives and all baseboards down to bare concrete or wood at areas indicated on Scope Exhibit G. Removal and disposal of all tiles at areas indicated on Scope Exhibit G. Coordination with other Contractors working on-site. Refer to Exhibit B Preliminary Project Schedule. Remediation of all areas shall be in accordance with all local, county, state, and federal laws. Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of all abated materials in accordance with local, county, state, and federal laws. Contractor shall be responsible for DOP testing of all HEPA filtration equipment, personal air sampling, and hard shell Decon when necessary. All final clearance sampling and area sampling will be performed by SJUD personnel using AHERA protocols. The above-mentioned check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the Bidder shall, if selected by the District, execute the Contract, in conformance with the Contract Documents. The governing board of the District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity in any proposals received
