BID NO: 22-58 The purpose of this solicitation is to request Bids for providing the required labor, material, and equipment to repair and seal coat two (2) roof systems on the Sheriff's Office Administration Building located at 4015 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Work includes roof D, roof E including the penthouse, roof F, roof penetrations and all parapets and capping. Provide the required labor, material, and equipment to repair and seal coat two (2) roof systems on the Sheriff's Office Administration Building located at 4015 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Work includes roof D, roof E including the penthouse, roof F, roof penetrations and all parapets and capping as shown on the picture attached. Finish product must have a twenty (20) year "No Dollar Limit" (NDL weather tightness warranty provided by the manufacture. Contractor must provide a two (2) year workmanship warranty. Owner has provided an approved roof moisture survey and a scope of work from GAF(R). Other material manufactures that provide equivalent warranty coverage and material properties can be submitted for use on this project, however, will require approval by St. Johns County prior to use on this project. Bid Bond 5% St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
