The School Board of Alachua County, Florida will require professional architectural services for the year 2022. The scope of these services will consist of furnishing all documents for the planning and construction of proposed projects including all construction documents. Competitive bidding of the project, contract administration of the project during construction, and submission of all required documents to any governmental agency that may be required. The minor projects under consideration for these services will be under $4,000,000 in construction. This contract term will be one year with two additional one-year renewable options. A.) Letter of interest for the project B.) Standard Form 330 C.) Summary of the firm's current work load and proposed consultants' work load D.) Proof of professional liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage) E.) General Liability* (minimum $1,000,000 coverage) F.) Automobile Liability 1.) Bodily and Personal Injury (minimum $1,000,000 coverage) 2.) Property Damage (minimum $1,000,000 coverage) G.) Workers' Compensation Workers' Compensation shall be in compliance with Chapter 440, F.S. H.)
