The City owns a site located at the northeast corner of 47th Street and Schipman Court in the East Tampa area and adjacent to but outside the East Tampa CRA boundary. The Pre-Proposal Conference is mandatory due to the notice requirements of the federal grant funding source used by the City to acquire the property for affordable housing purposes.
