Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Francisville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of drilling a 1,000 ft. deep test hole, performing an electric log, taking sand and water samples, setting a final 350 gpm well and appurtenances and adding chemical feed equipment. It is the Intent of the Owner, but not guaranteed, to award the contract at the subsequent West Feliciana Parish Council Meeting on March 14, 2022. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
