Renovation of a municipal facility in Lowville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lewis county is currently seeking proposals for interested vendors to furnish and install one elevator in a building located at 7514 south state street, lowville, within the scope of work listed in sections 2.1 and 2.2 of the rfp. If there are questions pertaining to this rfp, they must be received by tuesday, february 15th, 2022 by 12:00 pm, and be sent in writing to the planning and community development department at the below address: casandra buell director, planning and community development 7660 n. state street suite 324; courthouse lowville, ny 13367 casandrabuell@lewiscounty.ny.gov Lewis countys goal for good faith efforts for m/wbe utilization on this project is 20% (10% mbw, 10% wbe). It is anticipated that the contract period will begin in april 2022 and conclude no later than december 31, 2022. The county reserves the right to accept or reject any and all rfps, and to select proposals for award other than those with the lowest price(s) in consideration of best value and best interests of the county.lewis county reserves the right to forego any formalities and reject any or all proposals, at its discretion, subject to the rules and regulations set forth by lewis county, ny.the county reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the county.
