The term of this contract pursuant to this solicitation shall be from the date of contract signing to December 31, 2022. This contract may be extended upon mutual agreement of both parties for up to two additional years: January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 and January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Prices will remain fixed for the second and third years with the only exception being the wholesale prices described for Section II. The new wholesale price for 2023 and 2024 will be reflected in the contractor's payments for work performed in those years. Any questions concerning this request for bid shall be addressed to the Purchasing Agent at the address above.
