Carthage Water and Electric Plant (CWEP) is requesting sealed proposals from Respondents for maintenance and testing on various electrical equipment in CWEP substations in Carthage, Missouri. The locations include CWEP's Power Plant facility at 300 S. River Street and CWEP's Substation 3 located at the corner of West Vine St. and North Parsons St. located in Carthage, Missouri. A description of our organization, objective, and project requirements are specified in this proposal request. QUESTION DEADLINE: THURSDAY, 2/17/2022 BY 1:00 P.M. *Questions will only be accepted by email through the Purchasing Department at: quotes@cwep.com The purpose of the tour is to allow potential Respondents an opportunity to inspect and fully acquaint itself with the project location(s) prior to submitting a proposal. Each Respondent is solely responsible for a prudent and complete personal inspection, examination, and assessment of the work site facility, to be familiar with any existing factors, or items that may affect or impact on the performance of services described and required by the scope of work outlined within this RFP. The Respondent shall not be relieved of responsibility for performance under the agreement for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the Respondent's failure to observe existing conditions of the facilities or to be fully familiar with all terms, conditions, requirements, or specifications of the RFP document. CWEP reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals, to waive technical defects, and to select the bid or proposal deemed most advantageous to CWEP. I hereby certify that my bid/proposal is in full compliance with this solicitation and all the terms and conditions imposed herein and agree to perform any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation, accordingly.
