The City of Flagstaff (City) is seeking to establish a contract for testing and repair of City-owned or City managed backflow prevention assemblies on domestic, irrigation, and fire protection water lines. A successful Proposer shall have the staff and equipment necessary to successfully provide the services defined in this Request for Proposals (RFP/Solicitation) as documented by the information submitted by a Proposer. A Proposer may submit written questions about this Solicitation to the Procurement Agent: (1) at least five (5) calendar days before the pre-proposal meeting; and/or (2) at least five (5) calendar days before the Closing Date and Time. All questions shall refer to the Solicitation number, page and paragraph number in question. The City will not be responsible if a Proposer adjusts a Proposal based on any verbal statements made by employees or officers of the City, particularly if such statements conflict with the Solicitation. A Proposer may request the City issue an Addendum to the Solicitation to respond to the questions.
