In general, this project will consist of the installation of two (2), 6-foot wide x 4-inch thick, golf cart paths at the Elmwood Golf Course in Pueblo, Colorado and other items related to the construction as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project. Bidders shall inform themselves of the conditions of the project site and the requirements of the project's scope of work before submitting their bid. No allowances shall be made by reason of any matter or thing concerning which they might not have been fully informed prior to the bidding. No Bidder will be heard after the opening of bids to assert that there was any misunderstanding as to the nature of the operation expected in this solicitation. If a pre-bid meeting is held, Bidders should make every effort to attend. If the pre-bid meeting is mandatory and the Bidders cannot attend, it is imperative that someone else attend as a representative of the company, otherwise, their bid will not be accepted at the time of bid opening.
