Site work and paving for a civil project in Nevada, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents consists of the construction of the Nevada Wastewater Treatment Facilities (WWTF) - Phase 4. The Contractor will furnish and install all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction improvements project. The proposed force main and trunk sewer will convey raw wastewater from the new lift station to the new WWTF site that are being constructed under separate contracts. Additional work included in the project is the installation of fiber optic cable from the new lift station to the new WWTF, fiber optic cabling end terminations at the new lift station and new WWTF, and relocation of an existing gravity sanitary sewer. The work for this project includes furnishing labor, materials, and equipment and installation of approximately: 9,545-feet of 14-inch diameter force main pipe, 14,855-feet of 30-inch diameter trunk sewer pipe, 2,320-feet of 15-inch diameter gravity sewer pipe, and 21,615-feet of Fiber optic cable and related appurtenances. Project also includes all related work including but not limited to: clearing and grubbing, concrete structures and manholes, trenchless construction, lateral piping connections, excavation, dewatering, bypass pumping, erosion control, site grading, utility services, access driveways, chain link fencing, seeding, site restoration, demolition, and incidental work Project No. AB205037-04
