Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Pre-Advertisement - OPW 52470 (Re-Bid) - Forest Lawn Creek Inflow Removal and Outfall Storm Sewer project. This project is for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and services for construction of 15 inch through 96 inch diameter storm sewer, 10 foot by 7 foot reinforced concrete box culvert; 8 inch through 24 inch diameter sanitary sewer including 24 inch and 12 inch tunneling; appurtenant manholes and cast-in-place junction structures, 96 inch diameter storm sewer to be installed by tunneling, removal and replacement of concrete streets, sidewalks, and driveways; grading; and related other work as included in the project drawings. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization. Contractor should attach Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) with their bid submission to utilize this provision. This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 and 2 categories for 2.5% of the base bid. Please see the Q and A section for more details on this item.
