The Construction Management Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Construction Services for the construction of the Headquarters Hurricane Hardening project on the Brighton Hollywood Seminole Indian Reservation. Replacing exterior windows and doors a. Per FBC Critical Facilities windows to withstand a Class E missile up to 30' and Class E missile above 30' b. CTC Pro Tech 45SG for the typical ribbon windows and doors and the Pro Tech 14SG 2. Hardening the existing windows and doors to the building to provide increased protection against hurricane and wind threats. Additional investigation (such as support for the new windows, flat roof load, mechanical equipment attachments) 3. Structural Support Steel - at Existing Main Entry and Sliding Doors 4. Rough Carpentry at existing doors. 5. Caulking and Waterproofing - at Windows 6. Exterior Windows-Remove and Replace existing glazed windows and doorsReplace with new windows and doors. 7. Upgrade to Pro Tech 14SG & CTC Pro Tech 45SG and 7SG 8. Pro Tech 4 SG: A 14.0 inch four-sided structurally glazed curtain wall system. Monolithic, laminated, insulated and insulated laminated glass for Large Missile Impact and Small Missile Impact applications. 9. CTC Pro Tech 45SG: A 4.5 inch four-sided structurally glazed window wall system. Available in monolithic, laminated, insulated and insulated laminated glass for Large Missile Impact and Small Missile Impact applications approved with Miami Dade. 10. Demolition work to prepare work for hardening 11. E-Missile impact Glazing Upgrade 12. P&P Bond - for Glazing Systems 13. Doors and Hardware - Remove and Replace Hollow Metal Doors and Frames 14. Grouting of all Frames 15. Interior Partitions and Soffits-repairs and reinforcement. 16. Drywall Patching and Repairs- Incidental work at Windows and Doors 17. Wall Finishes - Exterior EIFS Repair at Glass areas and Door Areas 18. Painting- Touch up - Incidental Work. 19. Furnishings: Windows Shades 20. HVAC- Replacement of Existing Louvers and installation of motorized dampers on outside air intake ducts. 21. Roofing- RTU Tie-Downs, Roof Hatch Repairs, Roof Walk-way paver system 22. Structural exploration of and repairs to auditorium roof bar joist seats.
