The Housing Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting quotations from qualified vendors to provide Residential Home Repair Services. Contractor shall be required to remove and replace all carpet throughout home. Carpet to match like for like. o Contractor shall patch & paint all interior walls, doors, and trim, to include the garage. o Interior Walls: Sherwin Williams Pacer White Satin finish. o Interior Doors and Trim: Sherwin Williams Pure White Semi-Gloss finish. o Contractor shall repair or replace shelf in pantry o Contractor shall repair cabinet in guest bathroom o Contractor shall steam clean all interior floor and wall tiles o Contractor shall repair garage door trim o Contractor shall pressure wash all exterior walls o Contractor shall repair hot water heater as needed. Should the cost to repair exceed 50% of a new water heater, Bidder shall replace the existing water heater with a new water heater of the same brand and comparable specifications. The Bidder shall obtain approval from the Housing Department's Project Manager for a replacement water heater. o Contractor shall deep clean entire home to include appliances and the areas around appliances, all floors, windows, blinds, fans, counters, cabinets, drawers, etc. o No substitutions will be considered with the exception of the material found to be discontinued or unavailable, or where approved by the TRIBE, where such proposed substitutions material were identified and approved prior to bid.
