The Owner may, on its own initiative, issue Addenda before the Bid opening and, if necessary, delay the Bid opening to ensure that bidders have had sufficient time to consider the Addenda. All Addenda issued for this project will only be posted on www.civcastusa.com. You will be notified of Addenda automatically through email if you download Contract Documents via civcastusa.com. Engineer's Job #: 18101162.002 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES -if the Contract Price is $1,000,000, and the time in which the Work is to be completed under the Construction Schedule is 162 days, the Daily Contract Price is $6,173 ($1,000,000 divided by 162 days), and the daily liquidated damage amount is $308.64 ($6,173 times 0.05), which is rounded up to $400 per day.
