Work to be covered by the base bid shall include: Roofing Contractor: Replace existing roofing system as described in the Construction Documents, and all associated work. Work includes removal of existing roofing system, including but not limited to, fascia, coping, flashing, counterflashing, roof drains, gutters, downspouts, treated wood blocking, and all associated work. Work also includes installation of new membrane roofing system, including but not limited to, fascia, coping, flashing, counterflashing, roof drains, gutters, downspouts, treated wood blocking, and all associated work.
