Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total price submitted, taxes included, in the form of a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union made out to the City of Victoriaville or letter of bank guarantee or bond from an insurance company holding an insurer's license in Canada. Each tender must be inserted in an envelope bearing the following mention: Acquisition of a hydraulic excavator on wheels (Our reference: 512.2100-101160) Only submissions received by 10 a.m. local time in effect on Monday, February 21, 2022 will be considered. They will be publicly opened on the same day and at the same time. The City of Victoriaville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation, nor any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s) and reserves the right to override any irregularity minor in the case of the lowest bid. The City of Victoriaville has adopted a procedure for receiving and examining complaints in connection with the awarding of a contract.
