Washington County, Oregon is requesting sealed bids for a five-year street signs requirements contract for the Department Land Use and Transportation, Operations Division. All freight is to be prepaid (Washington County will not pay freight). FOB will be destination, 1400 S.W. Walnut St. Hillsboro, OR. Materials must be received no later than 10 days after order is placed. Washington County reserves the right to cancel order at no cost to the County if order is not on site after 10 days. Questions received after Friday, February 11, 2022 5:00pm will not be answered unless the County determines, in its sole discretion, it is in the public's best interest to do so. Bids must contain: A statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120(1)(b). The County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the County it is in the public interest to do so.
