It is the intention of Manitoba Hydro to perform its own installations of the panels in stainless steel cabinets (See specification DEM 52-001, drawing 4). All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro's determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process: Evidence, in the form of manufacturer's shop/fabrication drawing, specifications and accompanying data sheets, that the Proponent's product offering meets or exceeds the requirements specified in Manitoba Hydro Distribution Electric Material Specification - Street Lighting Controller Panels (DEM 52-001, Revision 4), attached as Technical Requirements.
