Project locations will be located throughout the City of Seattle as specified in each Task Order issued after the Contract is executed. This Project consists of performing street restoration to existing water, sewer and drainage pipe repair and water repairs projects in which a temporary street restoration was provided. This includes coordinating with other utilities, traffic control, survey, surface removal, sawcutting, excavation, subgrade preparation, backfilling, forming, placing and finish concrete work, HMA paving and roadway cement concrete, curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, striping, detectable warning plates, channelization, traffic signage installation and relocations, adjusting of surface features, and landscaping. The Minimum Award Value for this contract is $500,000, as defined in Section 1-01.3. The Work will be assigned by Task Orders. Each Task order will specify the scope ofwork for street restoration, curb & gutters, ADA. curb ramps, sidewalks and other associated work, and must be performed as specified in the Contract and the Task Order details. CONTRACT VALUE: The Contract amount is Not to Exceed $2,000,000, plus sales tax. The Contract duration is for a period of 18 months, starting from Notice To Proceed for the first Task Order issued, or until the date that the total payment requested meet Not to Exceed award amount, whichever is earlier. PRE-BID M EETI NG: No prebid site inspection has been scheduled for this Project. For purposes ofthe Inclusion Plan, this is considered a "Roadway" type of project with a Past Performance of 19 (%) percent WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
