SUBMISSION CONDITIONS All the under-mentioned conditions of this call for tenders are contained within the tender documents, which are sold exclusively through the Electronic Tendering System (notice number 2022-01_DG). The documents are available as of February 2, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. In addition to contractors with an establishment in Quebec, those who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental contract liberalization agreement applicable to the municipality are authorized to bid for the execution of the work. Any bid must, to be valid, be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bank draft, bond or bank guarantee valid for a period of ninety (90) days in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, including taxes, and issued in the name of the VILLE DE MATANE Deadline for submitting complaints (DDP): February 14, 2022.
