Demolition of Four (4) KCAB Buildings Project at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport The Project includes the demolition of the following buildings: KCAB Cargo Building, Old Post Office, Pannco Air Freight, and Emery Air Freight. The cutting/repairing/patching of existing service, buildings, and site improvements to remain, and the restoration of all site areas affected by demolition and defined within the contract limits to either airfield zone, site improved, or green space. The coordination and execution of all demolition/restoration activities including: a. Removal and legal disposal of hazardous material; b. Salvaging items for reuse or storage by Owner; c. Disconnecting, capping, sealing, abandoning in-place, removing or relocation of all public utilities including gas, electric, sewer, storm water, and communications; and d. Conformance and implementation of all requirements dictated by federal, state and local authorities having jurisdiction. The Owner, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
