The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is soliciting proposals and bids to establish Work Order Contract(s) which authorize NYSDOT Residencies to obtain Cold Milling and Micromilling services when staff, equipment, or other resources are unavailable Bid solicitation material can be obtained through the CR Ad, requested electronically (via email) or hard copy (via mail). Such inquiries should include the phrase "BA21-012 Cold Milling" in the Subject Line of the email. If you do not have access to email, please call the Purchasing Office at (518) 457-4401. (Due to statutory restrictions on Procurement Lobbying, no DOT employee may disclose any "material information" related to this proposed procurement to any other person not employed by DOT prior to the public release of the actual IFB. The term "material information" does not apply to ministerial matters such as the time and place and manner of submitting a bid proposal, or the anticipated IFB release date.
