Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $44,800 for C). Only contractors that schedule a visit at least 48 hours in advance will be allowed to participate in the pre-bid site visit.
