The work will include but is not limited to, the cleaning and televising of approximately seven thousand seven hundred and twenty-two linear feet (7,722 LF) of combined sewer piping and drainage structures within Clay Street, Berdan Place, James Street, Berry Street, Stanley Place, Passaic Street, Railroad Avenue, and First, Second, and Third Streets, in addition to temporary traffic control, coordination of Uniformed Police Traffic, disposal of removed materials and surface restoration. Pipe diameters may range in size from six (6) inches to forty-two (42) inches, and box culvert of 30"x42" dimensions. The Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and obtain all access permits required to occupy Rights-Of-Way, in addition to access coordination with Property Owners before and after required activities. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this Project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 45 calendar days for completion of the work from the Notice to Proceed.
